Hannah Montana (Part III)

took the hobbit today. $15 a ticket! she's very lucky i love her.

so, what did i think? for what it was, not bad. i'm not actually a fan of Hannah, but at least it't not directly obnoxious. well, Jonas Brothers were, but the rest was fine. i actually really enjoyed the 3D.
but the outfit she wears to open? bleh. and the opening song should have been different. but what do i know?

and hey, it was relatively short. so i didn't need to take any methadone just to watch a fraking movie. erm, "concert"

Hey Liz... need your advice!

My daughter (Kathy) says my granddaughter (Marissa) is having a fit over Hannah Montana, but all Kathy knows about her is that she's some country star's daughter.

Marissa is about to turn 6 in two weeks.

Is Hannah Montana something that you feel would be appropriate for a 6-year-old? Or is she more appropriate for older girls?

seriosly, she's on the Disney channel (she has a show, you see) and its been on a couple of years. there isn't ANYTHING i saw that i think would be bad for a 6 year old. she's a pop star, sorta Debbie Gibson but owned by Disney (and her dad is Billy Ray Cyrus, Hannah Montanas real name is Miley Cyrus)and its aimed at around ten year olds. which is about the same as for ounger, just a better vocab
